RAPID CITY, SD (KELO.com) — A former tribal law enforcement officer is headed to prison for 50 years for aggravated sexual abuse and witness tampering. 48 year old Lloy Elk of Kyle sexually abused his stepdaughter multiple times when she was between the ages of five and seven. He threatened to kill the girl, her mother and her brother if she talked. The investigation revealed he sexually abused another seven year old girl in Idaho in 1998.
