SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — We all know winter is just around the corner.
And it looks like it’s not going to be pretty.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predicts below normal temperatures from December through January.
NOAA officials also report a La Nina slowly developing that could shape winter weather throughout the country.
