BISMARCK, ND (KELO.com) — Attorney General Marty Jackley is part of the team arguing against a proposed Biden Administration rule dealing with immigrant children. The rule would expand health insurance coverage to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals – or DACA – recipients on November 1st. The hearing is being held in North Dakota this afternoon.
