SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man has been indicted on Grand Theft charges.
Matthew Wilson, 39, was indicted by a Lincon County Grand Jury for “exercising unauthorized control” over the Lincoln County Fraternal Order of Police Union funds.
The theft occurred between this past July and September, and Wilson is accused of misusing between $2,500 and $5,000.
He faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
No court date has yet been set.
