VERMILLION, SD (KELO.com) — Former South Dakota Senator Tim Johnson is being remembered for his tenacity, work ethic and his servant’s heart. He passed away from complications from a stroke last night. Governor Kristi Noem ordered flags to be flown at half staff statewide until after his interment. Johnson had more than 30 years of public service, serving in the state legislature, the U-S House and the U-S Senate.
