SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — It’s a case that reaffirms the city’s campaign to discourage panhandling. Sioux Falls police arrested a man who approached a vehicle asking for money. Information officer Sam Clemens says when the driver refused, the suspect broke out several of the vehicle’s windows with a hammer.
Thankfully there were no injuries. Clemens says the suspect was arrested for aggravated assault and intentionally damaging property.
