DAKOTA DUNES, SD (KELO.com) — Dakota Dunes Hospital and one of its owners have agreed to pay nearly 13-million dollars to settle a False Claims Act. The hospital had improper financial relationships with two physicians groups, whose physicians referred patients to Dunes. The arrangement allegedly existed between 2014 and 2019.
