SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — They’re pushing for change in the South Dakota prison system. A grassroots group called South Dakotans Impacted by Incarceration will host a forum this Thursday evening at the downtown Sioux Falls public library. Organizers say they’re concerned for inmates and staff at the prison, which remains under lockdown for unexplained reasons. The lockdown began Sunday night just before midnight.
