PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Attorney General Marty Jackley credits the state Forensics Lab for the re-opening of a two-year old rape case. A DNA sample from an offender was recently added to the lab’s data base, and it came up with a match to DNA from the crime scene in 2022. Jackley says the state lab “sets the national standard.”
