SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — It’s that time of year again.
The 61st Annual Sidewalk Arts Festival is today from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
More than 260 fine art, folk art, craft, nonprofit and food vendors will be in attendance on the streets surrounding the Washington Pavilion.
Dinosaur Radley Rex will make appearances at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Admission is free.
