Tinder dry conditions as fire sparked near Rapid City

RAPID CITY, SD (KELO.com) — Black Hills fire fighters have their hands full with a blaze just southwest of Rapid City.  The First Thunder fire was sparked Monday evening, and has area residents nervous.  So far, no homes have been threatened, but Jerome Harvey with Pennington County fire says that could change.
