Attorney General Marty Jackley
PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) —
The South Dakota Attorney General wants answers.
AG Marty Jackley, along with 21 other States Attorney Generals, is taking aim at online retailer Temu.
In a letter to the president of Temu, along with the CEO of its parent Company PPD Holdings, the AG’s are demanding answers about the company’s ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
Communist Party members hold executive positions in the company and may have access to US consumer data.
Temu is also suspected of selling products produced by slave labor.
