CHICAGO, IL (KELO.com) — It’s the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. Frank Kloucek of Scotland, South Dakota is a state delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. He says a lot has changed since President Biden stepped aside at the urging of others.
Kloucek admits the atmosphere is emotionally charged, but says the platform sessions throughout the day sessions have been issues-focused. Still, when delegates return home tomorrow you can expect to hear more about the slogans that were birthed in Chicago this week.
Kloucek is a retired state senator and representative who spent 22 years serving in the Legislature.
