SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man is being held on kidnapping, assault and child abuse charges in an early Friday morning incident in southwest Sioux Falls. Raymond Allen allegedly assaulted a woman and a child, and then fled the scene with the woman’s two small children. Lieutenant Nick Butler says officers quickly began a search effort.
Allen appeared in court Friday afternoon.
