Attorney General Marty Jackley
SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley’s office announced the indictment of a former Department of Social Services Employee on Aggravated Grand Theft charges this week. 68-year old Lonna Carroll is accused of embezzling nearly $1.8-million from the Child Protection Services program over a 13-year period. She was arrested in Algona, Iowa and is awaiting extradition to South Dakota.
