VERMILLION, SD (KELO.com) — Vermillion has at least a temporary fix to keep city sewage out of the Vermillion River. The city’s wastewater treatment facility was damaged by last month’s flooding. It was dumping over a million gallons of sewage a day into the river. City officials say a permanent fix is still in the works.
