SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — For the first time since 2005, Sioux Area Metro Transit has new routes in Sioux Falls. City Councilors unanimously approved those new routes last night. The new plan comes from the city’s new transit provider — VIA. Emily Shapiro, VIA’s general manager for Sioux Falls, says the biggest change is on-demand service.
