SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — It will be decades in prison for two Mexican drug dealers.
Mario Castro Covarrubias, 37, and Melecio Rodriguez Medina, 39, were sentenced this week to 20 and 27 years in federal prison respectively.
The two men were based in Mexico and were part of an international organization that arranged for the transportation of large amounts of narcotics to Sioux Falls.
Both men were immediately remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
