SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — From all appearances, it looks like voter turnout for today’s primary elections will be disappointing. A spokesman in the Minnehaha County Auditor’s office says poll workers are seeing fewer voters than expected so far. That follows lower absentee ballot numbers during the runup to today’s elections.
