SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls City Councilors have endorsed a plan to buy the Wellness Center on the city’s west side from Sanford Health. City Finance Director Shawn Pritchett assured council members of the facility’s value.
Councilor Curt Soehl voted in favor of the purchase despite some concerns.
The city will also have to invest about three-million dollars for parking lot and roof maintenance on the building.
