SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Friday accident sends a child to the hospital, and a man to jail.
Thirty three year old Nathan Earley drove his 2012 Hyundai Genesis through a red light at the intersection of 12th and Kiwanis and collided with a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu.
A 4-year-old child inside the Malibu was ejected from the vehicle.
The child was taken to the hospital by ambulance and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Earley was arrested and charged with DWI and Vehicular Battery.
