TUCSON, AZ (KELO.com) — Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer convicted for the murder of George Floyd, has been stabbed.
Chauvin was assaulted by another inmate in a Federal prison in Arizona on Friday.
Staff perform “life saving measures”, and he is in stable condition.
He is expected to survive.
