SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Avera Health has its new President and CEO. Jim Dover takes over next month for one of the largest non-profit rural healthcare systems in the Midwest. He’s the current president and CEO of Sparrow health in Lansing, Michigan. Avera says Dover is a seasoned health care executive with more than 30 years of experience serving in leadership positions. The current Avera CEO, Bob Sutton, announced his resignation earlier this summer due to a serious health issue.
