REDFIELD, S.D. (KELO.com) — Charges are pending against the passenger in a fatal crash last weekend near Redfield. 27-year-old Jessica Jones of Watertown was driving on U.S. Highway 281 when she crossed two lanes and entered the east ditch. The vehicle hit a field approach and went airborne, hitting a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger, 28-year-old Colin Digby, was transported to the hospital with serious non-life-threatening injuries.
