PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Cultural Heritage Center is in for some major changes. Officials broke ground on the project, with Governor Kristi Noem stressing the need for telling the story of our past.
The state is spending $20-million to expand and update the Center. It will take a couple of years to complete.
