SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — 100 miles in 100 days.
Sioux Falls Mayor Paul TenHaken is once again encouraging the public to participate in his “100 Miles in 100 Days” Fitness Challenge.
The Mayor started the challenge in 2020 as a way to promote health and wellness while encouraging residents to get out into the community.
From Saturday, April 22 – Monday, July 31, participants are encouraged to post a selfie on social media while walking, running, biking or rowing their way to 100 miles.
Don’t forget to include the hashtag #100Miles100DaysSF when posting for the chance to win a number of prizes.
Mayor TenHaken will kick off this years challenge at 9 a.m. on Saturday with an event at the Levitt Band Shell in downtown Sioux Falls.
