SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — At approximately 4:30 Friday morning Sioux Falls Fire Rescue responded to a reported structure fire in the 3300 block of W. Russell Street.
Metro Communications stated they had several reports of smoke on the second floor of an apartment complex.
Light smoke was observed coming from the eves of the structure.
The fire was found in a utility room 5 minutes later and quickly extinguished.
There was no extension of fire or smoke to accompanying living suites and no residents were displaced from the building.
