SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Visitors to the Arc of Dreams in Sioux Falls will notice it’s dark this week. The sculpture, which reaches across the Big Sioux River downtown between 6th and 8th streets will be undergoing some electric upgrades.
SculptureWalk posted on Facebook, the upgrades will make it easier to program future scenic colors.
