SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Local leaders will dedicate a Gold Star Families Memorial
Monument at Veterans Memorial Park, 1021 West Bailey Street in Sioux Falls.
Members of the media and the general public are invited to this special event.
Gold Star families, city, state and local dignitaries, veterans organizations and representatives of the
military as well as officials from the Woody Williams Foundation in Louisville, Kentucky will be present.
The Gold star represents a loved one who died while in the line of militarey duty.
The dedication takes place at 2 pm, Sunday Seprtember 25th.
