SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The University of Sioux Falls announced the introduction of two new athletic programs on Monday: Men’s and Women’s Wrestling.
Just like the University’s other athletic programs, the Men’s Wrestling team will be a part of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
Because the NCAA currently categorizes Women’s Wrestling as an NCAA Emerging Sport, USF will be exploring all options in regards to conference affiliation as the landscape continues to evolve.
USF says that both programs will be introduced next year, and the search for head coaches is already underway.
