SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — In response to the storm on July 5, 2022, the City of Sioux Falls and Mueller Pallets will offer storm debris drop-off sites to assist people with clean-up efforts.
- The drop-off site located north of 12th Street and Lyon Boulevard is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wood debris may be dropped off at this site through Sunday, July 31, 2022.
- The City of Sioux Falls will waive landfill tipping fees through Saturday, July 30, 2022, for people dropping off storm-related debris generated from the service area of Lake, Lincoln, McCook, Minnehaha, and Turner counties.
- Storm debris will not be accepted at the Public Works Street & Fleet Campus (1000 E. Chambers St.).
The public can drop-off storm debris at these three locations:
