SIOUX COUNTY, IA (KELO.com) — An Inwood, Iowa, man has been charged with two counts of sexual assault following his release from prison on an unrelated sexual assault conviction. 33-year-old Justin Van Veldhuizen was arrested on Thursday afternoon. The arrest stemmed from a report of a sexual assault that occurred at a residence southwest of Rock Valley. The victim came forward while he was serving his prison sentence. Van Veldhuizen was transported to the Sioux County Jail upon his discharge from the Iowa Department of Corrections and charged with two new counts of sexual assault.
