The Sioux Falls Police Department is reminding pet owners to leave your furry friends at home!
When it’s 85 outside, the inside of your car can become 119 degrees in 30 minutes.
High temperatures can cause organ damage and even death in animals.
If you see an animal left in a hot car call animal control immediately at 605-367-7000.
