SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Hamlin County officials are asking for the public’s help.
Hamlin County Wildlife Conservation Officer Logan Hammer was called to a property near Lake Poinsett recently.
Upon arrival Officer Hammer found several hundred dead rotting carp dumped on a private property.
Dumping of carp is a class 1 misdemeanor.
