CANTON, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office has cited 24 individuals for underage consumption in two days. Friday night, deputies located a party near Lake Alvin where 10 were cited for consumption. Two of those were also arrested for narcotics. Saturday night’s party was at a residence in rural Harrisburg where 14 people, all at least 18 years old, were cited for underage drinking. A person at the residence was also cited for Social Hosting.
