SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls VA hospital is on lockdown this afternoon.
Officer Sam Clemens with the Sioux Falls Police Department tells Kelo.com news this was a mental health call.
There was nothing criminal and no laws were broken.
