SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The wind blew this weekend and the weather was across the board. The Sioux Falls National Weather Service said warnings issued Saturday in the Dakotas covered wind, fire, floods, thunderstorms, tornados, and blizzards. The strong winds resulted in some tree and structure damage, scattered power outages, and reduced visibility from blowing dirt or snow depending where you live. According to the Sioux Falls National Weather Service, the top wind gust honors went to Dell Rapids. A gust was recorded at 73 mph.
