SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The body of Kay Flittie, who was reported missing on April 11th, was found Saturday during a coordinated ground search. She was last seen April 5th on I-90, near mile marker 352, in Hanson County, South Dakota. Flittie was reported missing on April 11th after not arriving at her destination to visit a relative in Arkansas. Over 120 volunteers joined authorities Saturday to search for Flittie. In a statement from the Hanson County Sheriff’s Office, Kay’s body was found about 4 miles east of where she was last seen. Her death is under investigation.
