SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — If you grew up in the 1960s, you might remember gas wars.
Filling stations competed to see who could go the lowest–before raising the prices again.
A trip down East 10th Street Wednesday afternoon was a bit like those old days.
Between Cliff Avenue and Highline, the price of regular unleaded gas was not uniform.
One station was at $3.66/gallon.
Most were just a bit higher at $3.67/gallon.
One outlier was at $3.79/gallon.
However, according to Gasbuddy.com, the cheapest places to buy gasoline in Sioux Falls are not on East 10th Street.
As of Tuesday afternoon, they list Costco as the cheapest at $3.19/gallon.

- Sinclair on South Cleveland, $3.63/gallon.

- Holiday on East 26th Street, $3.64/gallon.
