VERMILLION, S.D. (KELO.com) — Dry and breezy conditions continue to create high fire danger across the area. The Vermillion Fire Department was called to a large brush fire earlier this afternoon. They ask motorists to avoid the area of Highway 19 and 311th Street, near Spirit Mound. Multiple agencies have been called in to assist with the fire.
