SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls reached 73 degrees shortly before 4:00 this afternoon. The Sioux Falls National Weather Service says that ties the record high temperature for the date, previously reached in 1911 and 2015. The weather service advises low relative humidity and winds gusting 25 to 35 mph mean fire conditions are now critical. Into early evening, be wary of causing sparks in your outdoor activities.
