SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A traffic stop in Lincoln County, South Dakota led to the arrest of an Iowa man on Friday. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office says the man was stopped on SD Highway 11 near 271st Street. The 33-year-old was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, a controlled substance, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. The department said the man had conspicuously displayed license plates. He also had a felony arrest warrant.
