SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls police are asking for assistance in locating a 13-year-old boy. Matthew Lee Richards was last seen at his home, in the area of W. 5th Street and N. Marion Road. He is 5’7″, 120 lbs, with black hair and black eyes. Matthew was wearing a turquoise jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes when he was last seen. Matthew is considered missing endangered.
