SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls Police report details on some odd crimes that have happened over the past couple of days.
MAN SETS FIRE TO EX-GIRLFRIENDS CAR AND HOUSE, GOES TO JAIL
A Sioux Falls man sits in jail on a $100,000 cash-only bond on a charge of aggravated arson.
Sioux Falls Police believe Ahmed Amir Mohamed, 21, set fire to his ex-girlfriend’s car Monday morning then threw a Molotov cocktail through the window of her home, setting fire to the living room.
Seven people were in the home at the time, including a one-month-old baby.
No one was injured.
EX-GIRLFRIEND ATTACKS FORMER GIRLFRIEND, STEALS CAR
A robbery and assault by one ex-girlfriend against her former girlfriend put a Sioux Falls woman in jail.
Bedoniz Tavia Begaye, 32, is charged with pulling the 29-year-old victim out of a car, kicking her, then stealing her car.
The incident took place Monday outside an apartment in the 500 block of South Dakota Avenue.
The victim was not seriously hurt.
0 FOR 2 TOSSING CONCRETE AT INTENDED VICTIM
A young woman attacked a victim with two pieces of concrete, missing her target on both attempts.
Council Kalif Mohamed, 18, from Sioux Falls, went into a house and attacked the victim.
She is charged with aggravated assault for that attack.
Mohamed is also charged with sliming a correctional officer following her arrest.
The incident happened Monday morning in the 3500 block of North 9th Avenue in Sioux Falls.
