SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Department of Health began its operations on Friday to distribute one million COVID-19 Antigen home tests to sites across the state.
The first batch of tests kits were sorted and shipped to destinations both East and West River, prioritizing long-term care facilities.
The Department of Health expects the complete order of one million tests to be available in courthouses, airports, schools, and pharmacies statewide over the next two weeks.
These antigen tests can be done at home in as little as 15 minutes.
