SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Portions of downtown Sioux Falls lost power about 9:10 this morning (Tuesday).
That’s according to Xcel Energy’s outage map.
As of 9:40 a.m., they said there were still 1600 customers without power.
The utility says they hope to have power restored by 10:30 a.m.
KELO Radio and some other downtown businesses are running off of generator power.
Xcel says they have 99.9% reliability for their customers.
