SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Former Republican State Representative Lora Hubbel is running for governor, again.
She was airing a spot on KELO Radio saying she is running.
Hubbel tells KELO.com News she is running as an independent, though she considers herself a Republican.
Hubbel ran for the Republican nomination in 2014 but lost to then Gov. Dennis Daugaard.
She also tried to get on the ballot as a Constitutional Party candidate in 2018 but was unsuccessful in that effort.
