PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — Governor Kristi Noem is suing President Joe Biden again.
This time it is over the President’s executive order to OSHA that requires most employers to mandate COVID vaccinations or testing.
Gov. Noem made the announcement on Twitter Thursday morning.
“This morning, the Biden Administration released their guidance through OSHA that affects over 100 million Americans,” Noem tweeted. “I am announcing that today, we are joining a lawsuit against the Biden Administration’s unconstitutional vaccine mandates.”
Attorney General Jason Ravensborg’s office said Thursday afternoon that South Dakota has joined with Missouri and other states in the lawsuit.
Noem says she is protecting the freedom of South Dakotans to make their own health choices.
Noem has also sued the Biden Administration over not allowing 4th of July fireworks at Mount Rushmore.
