SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Country music group Blackhawk is coming to The Alliance on Thursday, November 18th. Pepper Entertainment along with Washington Pavilion Management and The South Dakota Military Heritage Alliance made the announcement Friday.
