LINCOLN COUNTY, S.D. (KELO.com) — The search for a missing Harrisburg high school student has come to an end.
A statement from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said the outcome was not what they were hoping and praying for. Alex Kummer was reported missing after last being seen yesterday leaving the Harrisburg school in a Volkswagen Jetta.
The sheriff’s office said they and the family thank everyone who came out to search this morning and ask to respect the privacy of the family during this difficult time.
